Unibrom and Bromportrait photographic papers

Fields of Application

Unibrom and Bromportrait black-and-white photographic papers for general purpose are designed to obtain prints in artistic and hobby photography by contact and projection printing.

Characteristics

Photographic papers are manufactured of the following kinds:

  • smooth and embossed - depending on the structure of the surface;
  • glossy and matt - depending on the character of the surface;
  • single-weight and double-weight - depending on the mass of the paper base;
  • semi-soft, normal and contrast - depending on the index of useful exposure latitude.

Unibrom photographic paper

Unibrom photographic paper is manufactured on baryta base (Unibrom 160 BP) and on resin coated base (Unibrom 160 PE).

Description

Unibrom 160 BP is the most universal baryted photographic paper. It suits for projectional and contact printing for all types of photoworks. Its light sensitivity is average. In normal developers it gives the image of a neutral tone tint; when processing in tinting developers for obtaining warm tone it can give a feeble warm tint, in developers of cold tone (amidolovy) - cold. It provides rather high values of  the maximum densities of blackenings, good halftones. It has the greatest fog resistance – fog growth on this paper (when processing in standard developer) shall be noted only if it is processed more than 10 minutes. Paper (glossy sorts) is perfectly glazed even without using special solutions for glazing, it is good for hot glazing.
